Vulture.com released its third annual list of Most Valuable Stars. Jennifer Lawrence clinched the top spot this year, knocking off Robert Downey Jr., who’s held the position for the last two years and slipped on second this year. Rounding the top five places are Leonardo DiCaprio, Sandra Bullock and Denzel Washington.
Jennifer Lawrence, the “girl on fire who’s doing everything right,” moves up two spots since 2013 to No. 1. Vulture’s editors explain: “She’s got two enormous franchises in The Hunger Games and X-Men, and she’s been nominated for an Oscar almost every year since her breakthrough performance in Winter’s Bone.”
If I Stay star Chloe Grace Moretz, at #68, was the youngest entry on the list. She’s 17. The debuts this year included Divergent star Shailene Woodley and 12 Years A Slave star Lupita Nyong’o.
